China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone
Special preferential policies
By fully implementing the requirements of the central government to build a new strategic fulcrum for the opening up and development of the southwest, central and south regions of China, and by giving play to the unique advantage of Guangxi being adjacent to ASEAN countries by land and sea, efforts will be made to build a new international land-sea trade corridor facing ASEAN as the passage to sea for the southwest, central, south and northwest regions of China so as to make Guangxi an important gateway connecting the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road and the Silk Road Economic Belt. After three to five years of reform and exploration, we will strive to build a high-standard and high-quality free trade zone that is convenient for trade and investment with improved financial services, safe and efficient supervision, and prominent influence and that may lead the open cooperation between China and ASEAN.

Special preferential policies
Building the new international land-sea trade corridor. The China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone focuses on accelerating the building of an international corridor that runs through the western region and faces ASEAN. Through the implementation of a series of innovative pilot tasks and policies, we will speed up the construction of a land-sea gateway port and a China-Indochina Peninsula land gateway. The multi-modal transport system will be built with sea-rail combined transport as the backbone so as to improve the integrated modern logistics system of land, sea and air. Implementation paths and specific measures will be proposed for better connection to the "Belt and Road".
